Relaxan - tea for relaxation and better sleep
Preparation: pour approx. 1/2 L of hot water over a handful of the mixture and cover, after 10 min. strain through a strainer or a white paper towel, drink pleasantly warm 1-2 times a day.
Use: we drink tea for sleep disorders, headaches, nervous exhaustion, irritability and nervousness, frequent stress and generally to strengthen the nervous system and calm down. The tea must be drunk without interruption for a long time, it will certainly start working after a week of regular use
Ingredients: lavender flower, hawthorn flower and leaf, hop cone, St. John's wort, St. John's wort and lemon balm, valerian root, daisy flower, elderberry fruit.
