The ideal helper for removing limescale: apply in the evening and you're clean in the morning - the same effect as vinegar, but without the smell! In food as an acidulant, preservative.

Descaling:
The area with limescale is sprinkled and left to act, then the area is rinsed. Or a solution is used.
Polish for dishwashers, windows, etc.:
A 5% solution is made (50 g of citric acid is poured into the container and topped up to 1 l with water)
Food preservation:
approx. 5 g of citric acid per 1 kg (dosing according to taste). It also works against browning of fruit.
